We currently use trusted supplier partners (including AW Dropship) to send products directly to you.

3. Placing an Order

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation after placing your order.

  • Orders are accepted subject to stock availability and payment clearance.

  • If we can’t fulfil your order, we’ll let you know and issue a refund promptly.

4. Payment

We accept secure online payment methods (via our website checkout). Orders are only processed once payment has cleared.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times vary depending on the product and your location. Most orders arrive within [5 working days UK / 15 working days to the rest of Europe, USA & Canada- Sorry we don't ship outside these regions yet.].

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Certain products (e.g., bath bombs, soaps, jewellery for pierced ears) can’t be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

  • Refunds or website credit will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If something arrives faulty or damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Cancellations

You can cancel before your order is dispatched by emailing us. If it’s already shipped, you can follow the returns process above.
